We are committed to providing access to high-quality professional development, resources, and tools to all site visitors, including those with disabilities. It is of the utmost importance to PCG's Project Success Resource Center that all content within the site be accessible to individuals with disabilities in a way that respects their dignity and independence.
To accomplish this, the Project Success team has based our website accessibility efforts on W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level A conformance criteria. We believe our continued work toward conforming to this standard will provide site visitors with accessible content and an excellent experience.
Our Commitment & Your Feedback
Here are several steps we have taken to ensure the site's accessibility:
Revising current site text and images to be compatible with standard screen reader technology.
Auditing existing digital resources across the site to revise or recreate in accessible format.
Making accessible digital versions of existing resources available upon request.
Creating new resources and tools using accessibility features built-in to office software. In addition, all new staff will be trained in creating accessible materials using these tools.
Devoting additional resources to monitor changes in accessibility standards and practices, as well as testing of site accessibility.
Maintaining open lines of communication for our site visitors and partner districts to contact us about site accessibility.
